Today I visited the local surgery for a blood test to test for TSH and T4 levels. I’m currently taking 75mcg Thyroxine as my Thyroid is under-active. I’ll be very interested to visit the doctor at the start of September for the results. Today I was exhausted upon waking and ended up lying down around 11.45am, falling asleep, then getting up again at 3.30pm. I put it down to yesterday’s walk (one mile), which is the first exercise i’ve done for a good while.
